1kW AC/DC Rectifier System This 3U, extra-shallow depth, hot-pluggable rectifier system was designed for an application where the space available at the site of installation was severely restricted. The distance between the front-panel and rear cover is 7.8”. The system is fan cooled and delivers a maximum output power of 1KW (or 750W with N+1 redundancy), based on 250W per plug-in module. The shelf has features which are standard for ABSOPULSE rectifier systems, including panel meters for output voltage and current, and breakers for AC, battery and load. It has a low battery disconnect circuit and the following alarms: high voltage, low voltage, rectifier module fail, AC-fail, load breaker open, and battery breaker open circuits. The system also features an over-ride control function for starting-up from the battery when no AC source is available. Absopulse Electronics Ltd. |
