Rugged, Cost-optimized Power Supplies Designed for Industrial and other Harsh Environments


Absopulse Electronics' BAP 200 Series is a rugged, industrial dc/dc converter designed for operation in demanding environments.

This 200W unit employs the same topology as the company's field-proven push-pull power supplies, but has been re-engineered to allow for automated production. This contributes to an excellent cost/performance ratio.

Standard output voltages are 12V, 24V, 48V and 125Vdc, and the unit accepts inputs of 24V, 48V and 125Vdc. Features include full electronic protection and filtering to meet EN 55022 Class B. The use of high quality components, large design headroom and rigorous quality control ensure outstanding reliability.

The BAP 200 is ruggedly constructed to withstand high levels of shock and vibration. It is conduction and convection cooled via the base plate and performs to full specification at temperatures from -20°C to +55°C with appropriate cooling.
