High Quality, Low Cost, DC/DC Converter delivers 60W in Industrial and Mobile Environments
(Installed in Machines, Generators and other equipment) Absopulse Electronics' DCL 60 Series is a rugged 60W dc/dc converter designed for operation in industrial, mobile and heavy-duty environments. It delivers standard output voltages of 12V, 24V, 48V or 125Vdc (3.3V to 125V range) and can be powered from any line voltage from 20Vdc to 160Vdc. Other input and output voltages are available on request.The DCL 60 employs the same topology as Absopulse’s other field-proven dc/dc converters in the same power range. This design has, however, been streamlined to provide an excellent cost/performance ratio without sacrificing quality, reliability or performance. It features conduction cooling for all major heat generating components, large design headroom, and very low component count which results in an MTBF of over 180,000 hours at 45°C. The unit provides +/-5% (or better) regulation, which is sufficient for most applications. Other features include full electronic protection and filtering to meet EN 55022 Class B. Versions fully compliant with railway standard EN 50155 are available. This converter is ruggedly constructed in a compact, semi-enclosed mechanical package and is designed to meet IEC 61373 Categories 1 A & B shock and vibration standards.
